No you can't. Whatever you are pursuing you must have certification of it. You have to show that to the respective official to get an admission. You have to complete one degree and then get the certificates and go for another. There is a sequence and all have to follow it. That is rule in every educational institute. They need your basic degree cetificates as proof.
