I don't have income certificate as im a student. My elder sister is the breadwinner for the family. Can i use her income certificate for waiver of fee in college?

Dear student,
As you mentioned that you do have an income certificate as you are a student so let me tell you that it would be better option if you would show your parents income certificate because that's the legitimate thing .
But if your parents are not there then you can show your elder sister cincone certificate.
