Hello STudent,

Actually this is not a problem at all. Because in most of the cases ninth level and eleventh level marksheet are not required in any places. Some secondary And Higher secondary Schools also don't provide any kind of certificate.

Do certificate and only required when you want to have a a scholarship. You can write a application to your school authority if you want that.
