I don't have OBC-NCL non creamy layer certificate.Can I upload my non creamy layer certificate after 8-9 days of registraion

Dear,

Do one thing just apply know only if you have that acknowledgement letter also it's fine for them

As soon as possible try to apply for the certificate. with out this i belive they won't accept your registration.
