Hey,
If you remember your mail id and password then please try to login it in some other device. You may find your mails there. Also, try to contact the customer care of your mobile sim network. They will provide you the same number again. For now, you can contact the helpdesk and ask for help if they can. The admit card will be released on 31st December, so do all these things as soon as possible.
Once you get your mails, you can try to login on the NBE site. If you don't remember login password, then you can go for the forgot password option.
