If you are interested to do MBA in Nirma University then you will have to appear for CAT exam. Interms of work experience, it is not mandatory but the candidate having a relevant work experience may get additionally 5 plus.

Though its not true that only the experienced ones will get the cream companies as it varies on your skills and expertise in your specialization. You too have equal chances to get placed in good companies.

So focus on the overall selection criteria
