For writing the EAMCET exam you should have to be eligible for writing this exam.Firstly you should be a citizen of Andra pradesh/Telangana.You must have completed your 17 year of age. You must passed/ appeared in 12th board exam.If you are satisfying all these conditions you are eligible for writing this exam. And for writing this exam firstly you have to submit online application form for it and after that on exam date you have to give your exam.
