1> Your interest

2> Your knowledge

3> Your experience if any

I would never suggest opting for a specialisation which does not interest you but you fell it has prospects. Trust me, all specialisations have its own prospects. Never think of placements while choosing your specialisation, you would fail to succeed if your interest does not lie in that subject.

Either you choose a course keeping monetary benefits in mind or your interest or your academic background. First, you need to choose your preference. Why do you want to pursue MBA or any specialisation? if you wish to continue studying what you have studied in graduation, choose an MBA specialisation that goes in sync with your graduation studies. If you are more concerned about money, then pursue MBA from a renowned B-school. You will get good placement. If you wish to pursue MBA out of interest, choose a specialisation that suits your interests.
