Not to worry about that it's easy you should visit the official website of that institute , well as you didn't mention of which IIT you want to know the fee infrastructure as every IIT has different fee infrastructure,
Well visit the below link there is different IIT's with their full fee infrastructure with accademic and mess charges everything .
