I hope you have already registered before for TS EAMCET 2019. So when you have filled the application form by following the normal method, then when you have submitted your form you would have given print application . IF you have given that then it would be saved in PDF format for sure, in your system in downloads folder.

Try checking in download files , it would be saved in pdf format. If you dont find it anywhere , you will have to call them or mail them - the examination authority and ask them how can you retrieve your registration number.

But as far as my knowledge goes,

First you register by paying fees online and entering the necessary details whiile paying the fees.
After registration you have the portal open for fillng the online application form, which includes all the personal details, education qualification , qualifying exam details, test centers , photo signature and other minor necessary details.
After doing so , you save your application form and you get a tab notifying that your application is temporarily saved and you proceed to submit the form .
Once you click on submit button, you will get a dialogue box stating your application id which is registration number. There you have option of print application, either you would have done it and it would be saved in PDF format or you would have clicked somewhere else and forgot to note it down .

If you have not clicked on print applicaion, then go try checking your mail id , because in most of the exams, they tend to send you your registration Id, or you can go through your normal inbox in your phone where you would have recieved a message stating your regestration number. IF you dont find in either of the two , then its best that you contact the examination auhtority and retreive your registration number.

In order to download hall ticket , all you need is your qualifying examination hall ticket number and registration number plus your date of birth.
