Hello dear
No if you do not accept the alloted seat in between the rounds ; you will be not eligible for further rounds .
So to be continued in the further rounds you have to accept the seat .
You should choose float option ; in this you will be upgraded in further rounds from your preference choices depending upon whether you get or at your secured rank.
Otherwise if you do not go for verification ; than you can only take part in special rounds.( Csab ).

Hello Priyanka,
If you paid seat acceptance in josaa counselling, then that fee will be deducted in your tuition fee in your allotted college at the time of admission. You have to pay remaining fee and hostel fee at the time of admission. Hope it helps for you.
