Hello Janvi,
As you have mentioned that you scored 252 marks in UPSEE AKTU, congrats for clearing the exam.
Here I would like to mention one thing that unfortunately you might not get Government college (but still there are some chances that you get government colleges even if seats remains unallocated. )
So you can go through counseling procedures and opt for FREE WAIVER seat.

Sorry it is FEE WAIVER not FREE WAIVER.
Now coming to your question, FEE WAIVER is a quota in which 5% of total seats of a branch are reserved for deserving students having good rank. You need to opt for FEE WAIVER during registration for counselling.
Depending upon availability of FEE WAIVER seats you will be allotted the same.
Advantages :-
You need to pay only least amount of fee.
Suppose if fee is 90k then you need to pay only 25-30k almost per year for the course of 4 yr duration.
But one thing is there, that is you will not get UP SCHOLARSHIP because you are already getting exemption in your fee.

Sir u mention 5%for deserving candidates as how we come to know whether I em deserving bcoz lots of student's might get good score than me ofcource so they are more diserving na?????????
