I enrolled in 2016in pvt. clg,in 2017 I qualifd mains & ipucet.clg is not giving my orig. tc & migration they r giving dere own wil it wrk?

You have all the right to get your original certificate from the college.
Ask the authorities to give you the reason as why are they not giving your originals back.
Also you can complaint it to UGC if they are not giving you your documents back.
Every student has the right to get it back officially.
