I entered my category wrong in JEE Main form. Do we have to enter the category in JEE Advanced? This way i can enter my correct category.

No, you can not change your category during JEE Advanced registration or form filling. You will be considered in General Category and you need not to upload the category certificate. Even if you upload your actual category certificate, that will not be considered, as you have entered the incorrect category in JEE Main application form, so those details will only be considered for JEE Advanced application.
Yes, you are eligible to apply/register, but you will considered eligible only if your JEE Main 2018 score is above the General Cutoff (becasue of the wrong category, you will be considered in General category). If your JEE Main 2018 score is below the General Cutoff, then you will not be considered eligible for JEE Advanced 2018.
