Although the declaration made by you while filling the application form of the concerned examination/ college states that if any details or information is incorrect in the application form and tends to differ from the actual scenario then the candidature of the candidate may be cancelled but that is hardly the case as your situation is not that harsh. I suggest that you wait to see if the college/ exam authorities release any window for correction of details in the application form. If it does then kindly do the needful and correct the data and if it doesn't then don't panic. Just write the authorities a mail or a letter stating the discrepancy in detail and also the correct details of your college and humbly request them to make the correction and intimate you of the same accordingly. Most likely the case will be sorted with ease.
