i expect my marks to be around 449 and i am from Gujarat and i belong to obc category is there any chance that I get a government medical college?

With your marks you are expected to get a rank around 83000 (AIR). With this rank it is not possible for you to get any government college in the All India Quota COunselling for 15% of all medical college's seats. As for the State Counselling, expecting that you are a domicile of the state of Gujarat you can get admission in only one government college that is Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Science in the 2nd round in MBBS (besides many other private colleges).
