Hello Tanmay,
I suppose that you mean that you are going to opt for Compartment examinations through CBSE or On demand examination through NIOS, if so then I am sorry but you won't be able to get admission in the same year in IITs as you won't be able to get the marksheet on time which need to be presented at the time of reporting after counselling process.
