I fail in cbse class 12th 2018 and if I give exam next year I got 80% more then I am able to apply for top colleges in India?

Hello Aspirant,
Not really, the fact that you will score it in second attempt wont give it much weightage.Though you should give you best score well and clear entrance of top college and i hope you will end up getting a good one.There are lot of wide options though,discover your inner interest and talent.

Yes definitely you will be eligible to apply for almost all top colleges like VIT UNIVERSITY,SRM UNIVERSITY,BITS,NITs and IITs and IIITs.But you should prepare for their respective engineering entrance exams.
