I failed board exam in 2017, i pass in 2018 and got iit eligible marks.iit says i can give iit exam in within 2 yrs.can i give iit in 2019??

Hello,
No you cannot appear for JEE advanced as JEE says that for appearing in JEE Advanced 2019, one must be appearing in Class XII in 2019 or 2018 for the first time, since you have appeared for XII in 2018 for the second time, you won't be eligible for JEE Advanced.
However since JEE mains allows three attempts, you can appear for JEE Mains 2019.
