Yes, you can give jee exam next year but you will have to pass the exam next year and do keep in mind that you will have to scire 75% marks too.

Hello,
Yes you can apply for jee mains in 2020 as you have three chances available to appear for jee mains i.e from the year in which you gave class 12th board exams and in the next consecutive two years.
