I failed in 12th class Two time then third time i passed it, can i give Uptu exam or other exam for btech??

Hey man first of all congrats for passing your class 12 exams and yes you are definetly eligible to give UPSEE and other exams for engineering.It doesnt matter in how many attempts you did. However, different colleges have different eligibility too, some require 70% while others require 50% or 60%. So, depending on the college and your marks, you can apply for B.tech. If at all a college decides to consider that you passed your 12th in more than one attempts, it will be a rare instance. So, dont worry and start preparing for the b.tech
