i failed in chemistry class 12 can i still take admission in uptu/upsee colleges as in isc i have been given the pass certificate andi scored 75% in the rest 4 subjects

The eligibility criteria for UPTU/UPSEE says a candidate should Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subject and any of the subject from
Chemistry/Bio Technology/Biology / Technical Vocational subject should be the third and the optional subject and the candidate must have passed the qualifying exam with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category) in aggregate in three subjects. Also, qualifying exam should be passed without grace marks.
