Yes, you are eligible for SSC MTS, CHSL, and Stenographer, and if you hold a graduation degree, you are also eligible for SSC CGL. Since your board marksheet lists your overall status as "PASS" by replacing Physics with Physical Education, SSC only requires proof of passing the 10th or 12th standard (or graduation for CGL) from a recognized board without specifying mandatory individual main subject marks for these posts.
