i failed in phy last year an cleard it in complementary test btw iam pass in all other sub am i eligible for neet 2020 and i even have 65% persantage?

if you have passed in your compartment examination of physics then yes you are eligible for neet examination because as per neet eligibility criteria you need to have passed your 12th with physics, chemistry , biology and English with a minimum aggregate of 50 % in pcb i.e physics, chemistry and biology while it is 40 % aggregate for obc , sc and st category. So , if you meet the aggregate percentage requirement in pcb then you are definitely eligible for neet examination
