Don't worry, As you said you cleared it in the supplementary exams, there would not be any problem with your further education.
As per your studying abroad dream, the eligibility criteria demands the only completion of the course but there is no restriction on the number of attempts. So, you can happily make arrangements to fulfil your dream of studying abroad.
