I failed to fill round3 choice for mcc.nic.in counselling, will i still receive a refund of my security deposit? If yes, when?

I understand that you have some or fail to fill your choices or market prices for the round 3 of clans ceiling for MCC andsince you fail to do so you are eligible for getting a refund against that is security deposit that you had paid to the concerned authorities during the time when you are applying for the counselling process and the sea would receive the necessary refund after the counselling process has completed and if you do not receive the different than you are requested to kindly address this matter to the the concerned authorities through post while clearly stating the details of a candidate and the payment detailsassociated with the payment of the security deposit and discuss them to initiate your refund as soon as possible at the earliest.
