I fill in form cbse appearing Now i give 12 exam in NIOS board Now i give result of NIOS It is right In jee main counseling.

Thats not correct. You really had to mention correctly about the boards and education. Its the only way to judge the candidature of a student since no other marksheets are present at that stage,still you can explain it accordingly to turn the situtaion. They may ask you to write application or other credentials would be required , so you need to present it to them!
