i fill nri quota as- no .in telangana conciling phase 1 .i have to change it as -yes.for second phase.i there any possibulity to rectify.???

Thanks for the question.

The form once filled cannot be amended.

You can however apply fresh for the next round. Maybe then you might get a chance to amend the mistake.
