I filled home state punjab and cleared 12th from punjab can i still use up domicile??

Yes if you have any relative in up then it can be done.
I have information about this situation.
First of all if your domicile certificate has been made of punjab then i know, that your relative of up could go to kacheri of his city and complete the process of domicile certificate and your domicile certificate could be made if he has a good source in kacheri office.
If he doesn't have any source then he has to give some GOOSE to Lekhpal of your area and then aftet getting money the Lekhpal will make your domicile certificate.
Note:One point is to keep in mind that when you apply for domicile certificate in up after your domicile of punjab has been made then the computer may show error but but but ...... this is india work done=amount of GOOSE OR DONATION you give.
I know this is not a good way to make your domicile certificate but i have seen many situations where these Lekhpals do it.
So try it may you win.
