I was born in 2004 but in neet 2020 application form i applied it as 2003 becoz I was not eligible for neet 2020 but this time they asked 10 th certificate in which my date of birth was 2004 will I get my admit card for neet _2020

It is not the matter of you attending the counselling. You will not get the admit card. This is because there is a discrepancy in the date of birth of the document that you uploaded and the date of birth that you mentioned in the NEET application form. Now the correction window was the last chance for you to rectify that and now that too has passed, NTA will consider it as a mismatch of information and you will not get any admit card. You will have to wait until next year to fill in the correct details and then appear for NEET.
