Yes, you can do B. Arch after Diploma in CS as in India you need to give NATA Entrance Exam also called JEE Mains Paper 2 and then after passing it, you can take admission in B. Arch course in architectural colleges.
But remember that not all colleges accept NATA scores, so you will need to choose the college which accepts NATA score there are several college specific exams other than NATA.
Though I personally suggest you go for B. Tech in CSE as it has a lot more scope and getting a job is a lot easier and also it will be the best thing for you to do being a diploma holder in CS.
