If you did not upload your 10th marksheet and your Transfer Certificate (TC) during the TNEA supplementary counselling process, your application is likely incomplete. The Directorate of Technical Education normally allows candidates to upload any missing documents by a certain deadline. You would want to contact the TNEA helpdesk by email or in person at the facilitation center right away to upload your documents since there is a chance that your application could be rejected if it is not uploaded before seat allotment.
