Don't worry. Just drop an email to the college authorities especially admission or administration department for the same.
They will help you with it.
Also keep a note of them so that you don't forget it easily.

Do not worry if you have forgotten your college id and password. Try contacting your class coordinator and tell him/her the matter. He/she will suggest you the person and if you are fortunate enough and has a good conversation and bonding with your class coordinator, he/she will be providing you with the phone number and the procedure as well. In most of the colleges, you need to contact the class coordinator or the head of department for getting your password back.
