i forgot to apply under gen-ews in jee mains 2020 so can i appy for it in councelling ?

Hi,
You didn't mentioned the name of counselling for which you want to change the category. So please mention the name of counselling.
However if you are asking about jossa counselling 2020, the rule for applying to the counselling will be released by the authority when the registration for counselling will start.
However from the previous years rule one can not change the category from EWS to general in counselling.
That category is considered for counselling which is filled in the jee main application form.
