i forgot to upload ncl certificate so i didnt in category list. Can upload ncl certificate during the time of mopup round in keam 2021

Hi, no you can not add your certificate after the admission procedure is done. As the seat allotted to you at this time is from open category. You can not add your NCL certificate in between the admission procedure as well. It needs to be done at the beginning of the form the filling. Hope this helps.
