I forgotten to apply Jan 2020 JEE exams, whether can apply June 2020?

Yes you can apply for the April shift of JEE mains. Starting from last year JEE mains is conducted in 2 phases, 1st one in January while the 2nd in April. Out of these two your best percentile is counted for the result. Now you have missed the Jan shift ; so, your April shift percentile will be final and accountable.

JEE (Joint entrance exam) mains is conducted twice every year by NTA (National Testing Agency) in the month of January and April. Both of these are independent of each other so in case you miss the former one ie January one, then you can still apply/appear for the later ie April one.
So yes you can apply for the April one if you have missed January one.
