I freezed my seat in uptu and got admitted rec mainpuri(mechanical) But I want cse so, Can I apply for spot councling in uptu???

yes you can apply for the upgrade round and can grab the seat in CSE provided there is a space .
many a times students change thier branches or leave college so you can grab that seat
but it depends on the score you have and if someone having higher score than you is also wanting the same branch then he/she will be given more priority
also there is a possible chance of changing branch in the next year as the first year is same in every branch so you still have one more opportuinity if u fail to grab this chance now .
for that make sure you perform with brilliant grades in your first year just to be on the safer side .

hi !!for that purpose you should contact the college authorities as there is differenct scenario for spot councling for different exams so they can give you clear justification about the same
