You will not get NITs with this percentile but  you can apply for good private universities or institutes who are taking their own entrance exam and having their own admission criteria like:

You can also try for state level counselling for engineering admission.

Comparing from last years cutoff for JEE Mains to qualify was 90 percentile (for gen), and cut-off for NIT's gone down upto 95-96. If you're from general there's high chances you may not able to qualify JEE Mains.
NIT is far away but the cut-off of JEE 2020 hasn't been released yet. So, anything can happen

You have written that you have 69% in JEE Main. If it is percentage then you will get into NITs.

But I think that this should be percentile because NTA gas adopted percentile based evaluation and declare result in terms of percentile.

Hence if you have obtained 69 percentile then your common Rank list (CRL) rank would be 3,28,000 approximately. You have also not mentioned your category. If you belong to General or OBC category then there is no chance to get into NITs
