Yes. If you scored 154 in NEET 2026 and have 80% in HSC, you can potentially get admission to BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) for 2026–27.

Importantly, the national requirement to make NEET mandatory for BPT has been deferred to 2027–28. For 2026–27, the NCAHP says admission is based on Class 12 PCB marks, with 50% PCB for General/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD, along with a passed English subject.

So your 154 NEET score does not prevent you from getting BPT admission. Your 80% HSC marks are more important for colleges that use PCB merit.
