Hello Dear Student,

Yes, you are eligible to apply for admission. Candidates who have passed the Rastra Bhasa Ratna examination are generally considered eligible by HTTI Cuttack.

If your final Phase 2 result is delayed, the college may still allow provisional admission, subject to later document verification and submission of the final marksheet/result within the required deadline.
