With your marks, you are most probably not eligible for NIT or any other government college. However, you'll get admission in private colleges. It also depends on your domicile certificate, if you're from Bengal, you'll be a little more favoured.

That's a very tricky question indeed. Forget JU and Shibpur.
You might get into private colleges that too depending on your Boards mark.
