Hi Narasimha.It is difficult to get cse at vellore campus for your rank but you can try for ece in vellore vit campus.And if possible you can try for the higher categories in cse for vit vellore campus.But I think you can surely get ece in vellore campus or you can try for cse in chennai campus.It is also a good one.
