A General Category candidate must typically achieve 50% of the highest NEET score in order to qualify. For SC, ST, and OBC, it is 40%.
As score is just 188, it is very difficult to get any mmbs college. I suggest you to study hard and try next year. As you are from OBC category and will also get reservation benefits, you should definitely give your best next time.
