I get 284 marks in NEET and belonging to General please suggest me the college where i get the admission.

Sorry to say but it might be difficult for you to get into a government medical college. Getting into dental/BAMS/BHMS might also be difficult. However you can try for physiotherapy, you might have a chance there. In this link you might find the list of colleges offering Physiotherapy :
