Yes, you can easily get into a private engineering college by either clearing a particular state common entrance tests where 12th % criteria is 40% or 50%, or by writing IIT JEE mains examination or simply by management quota if you have money. Keep in mind, your scores in science subjects must be good.

Yes you can get computer engineering but it would be difficult and you rather try entc if you are looking for college on priority and not the stream but if you are taking stream in priority then you could a low level college.
