I get 36.03 throgh GATE 2019 in OBC category ME will this mark is useful for anything ????

Yes definetly. First of all congrats you will certainly qualify GATE. So after qualfying GATE a candidate has 3 options, let me elaborate

1. PSU

In your case with 36.03 score you will not get into PSU.

2. Higher studies

Students after qualying GATE usually opt for M. Tech /ME. Now your chances of getting into IIT and NIT are very thin. What you can try is getting into any private college or state run college. They offer admission based on GATE score. And it is easy to get there.

And since you are GATE qualified AICTE will provide you montly stipend of 12400/- for 2 years. It is a scholarship schem for all GATE qualified students.

3. JRF ( Junior Research Fellow )

Many IIT and IISc hire GATE qualified candidates on the basis of GATE score. You will be appointed as a Project Assistant. They will pay you 25K per month.

So basically these are the options for you.
