I get 45 percentage can I appear for neet and my category is general

According to the eligibility criteria, General category candidates must have atleast 50% as a combination of physics, chemistry, and biology scores The table below shows the 12th percentile requirements for NEET 2022 in various categories.

45% is only a bit less but 45% marks is not eligible for NEET. try writing improvement exams and get 50% plus marks, then you will be eligible for the exam. provide all the required documents during the time of councelling.
