Congratulations for the result. Some university conducts entrance test for admission like Punjab University, IPU etc. and some university conducts direct admission on the basis of 12th class merit like DU. You can appear in entrance exam in particular universities, if you meet with the eligibility criteria for application form. You need to check the eligibility criteria and rules and regulations of the colleges you want to take admission in on its official site.
