BC-B comes under OBC category in Telangana and also note that you are not going to get any advantage of NCC certificate because only in UP there is reservation for NCC certificate holders and that is also only 1%. So according to your category and marks in NEET you have good chances of getting some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
