I get 5600 rank in ews catg. And seat is not alloted till 7 rounds can I get nit in special rounds ? If yes please tell me name of nits

NIT's are the second topmost technical institutes of India and admission to this institution depends on various factors such as category, home state, branch selection, number of students applied, seats availability , class,etc. So if you have not got anything till last round then you have very less chances of getting anything in special round also. Though you can still try.
